The Big Easy Group’s story began as a simple dream between a group of friends – a vision to create a space for friends to gather, enjoy a good brew, and savour life's moments. Since its humble inception in 2015, this dream has grown into a absolute hospitality powerhouse in Adelaide’s exciting dining scene. We had the privilege of speaking with co-founder and CEO Oliver Brown to uncover how SilverChef played a pivotal role in The Big Easy Group’s success.

The hospitality dream

In 2015, on a warm Adelaide evening filled with the hum of anticipation and the aroma of freshly brewed beer, NOLA Adelaide, The Big Easy Group's first venue, opened its doors. Known for its independent beers on tap and exquisite whisky selection, NOLA became a comforting and locally adored hospitality experience.

With backgrounds in hospitality, Oliver Brown and his co-founders channelled their youthful passion into creating unique and immersive customer experiences that resonated deeply with every visitor. From the outset, The Big Easy Group was dedicated to establishing venues that exuded a distinct vision and soul.
