Delivery
If you rent or lease the equipment, it will be delivered to you after you’ve signed the rental or lease agreement and paid the upfront costs.
You’ll be informed of the delivery charge in the freight quote we email you.
If you purchase the equipment outright, you’ll be
informed of the delivery charge after entering your shipping address during the online checkout process.
We deliver Monday to Friday, during regular business hours.
We’ll contact you to confirm your delivery address and give you an estimated time of arrival; you should receive the equipment within 1–8 business days.
Or, if the equipment is warehoused in Brisbane, Melbourne or Perth and you’re nearby, you can — during the checkout process — choose the option to collect the equipment.

Installation
The equipment rental or lease does not include installation, which customers are required to arrange at their own cost.
Please check the equipment’s dimensions to ensure it will fit into the space you’ve allocated for it in your venue.
Also, please ensure the equipment’s electrical rating or gas type is compatible with your venue’s electricity or gas supply.
